As an American coming of age in the 50s and 60s Bill Skelton's musical "influences" tracked with the development of Rock, R&B and contemporary Jazz. The popularity of Folk during the late 50s drove an interest in the roots of "American" music and lead into a life long interaction with Jazz and its roots and derivatives. 'Round Midnight' explores the ongoing development of Jazz. asides

We are extremely pleased to present these weekly one-off live instructional performances by Mr Akimbo, representing the mysterious organization ‘The Meta-Nautical Advisory’.  Unwilling to comment on himself or his background for reasons of “international psychic security”, Mr Akimbo did have this to say about his work:
“ Utilizing the well known Mozart effect, I create a psycho-acoustic and multidimensional space- within which the average listener can experience a bi-hemispherical tuning and its subsequent cognitive enhancements. Though primarily this meta-medium is most useful for enlacing and encoding subliminal messages meant for fellow field agents and operatives of the M-N.A. (meta-nautical advisory)… though you probably shouldn’t mention that!”
